Oliver Jones

Professional Background: Oliver Jones, age 55, is a former registered broker and investment advisor. Over his career, he has worked in the investment strategy divisions of major financial institutions such as AMP Capital, Vanguard, Morgan Stanley DW Inc., and Citigroup Investment Services at Century Securities Co., Ltd., accumulating over 20 years of experience as an investment advisor. In May 2017, he left Century Securities Co., Ltd. and partnered with multiple registered analysts from investment banks to establish a profit-driven investment club. This club enables qualified members to purchase insider stocks from investment banks, with the analyst team earning 15%–20% of the profits as their compensation. Oliver Jones is particularly skilled in analyzing data from publicly listed companies and has unique insights into long-term value investing. In 2022, he accurately captured Tesla's 140% rally and has been a long-term holder of high-growth tech stocks such as Apple, ASML, and Qualcomm. From 2008 to 2012, he focused on value investing in Hong Kong's casino stocks, achieving remarkable success by investing in companies like SJM Holdings (stock price increased by 1,500% in five years), Wynn Macau (stock price rose by 300% in four years), and Galaxy Entertainment (stock price surged by 8,000% in five years). His extraordinary achievements have gained widespread recognition on Wall Street. While working as an analyst at Morgan Stanley, Oliver earned the internationally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, awarded by both the Australian and American CFA Institutes. This designation is widely acknowledged in the global securities investment and management industries.

Ted Pick

Edward (Ted) Pick is the Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley. Before becoming CEO in 2024, Mr. Pick served as Morgan Stanley's Co-President, Co-Head of Firm Strategy and Head of the Institutional Securities Group, overseeing Investment Banking, Equities, Fixed Income, Global Capital Markets and Research. In previous roles, Mr. Pick was Global Head of Sales and Trading, engineering a turnaround of the firm’s Fixed Income Division. As Head of Institutional Equities, he led that business to a leading global position. He also served as Head of Equity Capital Markets, helping the firm actively raise capital during the financial crisis. Mr. Pick joined Morgan Stanley in 1990 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2002. He is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors (2024), Operating Committee (2012), Management Committee (2008) and Morgan Stanley-MUFG Steering Committee (2013). Mr. Pick graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Middlebury College (1990) and received an MBA from Harvard Business School (1994). He is a Trustee at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (2018), and serves on the MET’s Nominating & Governance Committee. Mr. Pick is Chair of the Advisory Board for the Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children’s Mental Health and a board member of the Institute of International Finance.

Mandell Crawley

Mandell L. Crawley is Executive Vice President and Morgan Stanley’s Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees. In Mr. Crawley’s current role as Chief Human Resources Officer, he oversees the Human Capital Management & Corporate Services (HCMCS) division, which is inclusive of the Human Resources, Corporate Services and Global Centers functions. HCMCS is focused on fostering the Firm’s strong brand and culture while enhancing the employee and workplace experience. The organization drives a human capital and location strategy to attract, develop, performance manage, reward and retain a talented global, distributed workforce. Prior to his current role, Mr. Crawley was the head of the firm’s Private Wealth Management (PWM) business, a division that exclusively focuses on ultra-high net worth individuals, families and their foundations. In that role, Mr. Crawley also oversaw International Wealth Management, which caters to non-U.S. resident clients; Family Office Resources, which offers an expansive suite of highly specialized services to address the complexities of managing affluent wealth; Global Sports and Entertainment; and Institutional Client Coverage. Prior to leading PWM, Mr. Crawley was the firm’s Chief Marketing Officer, where he had overall responsibility for defining, creating and delivering Morgan Stanley’s marketing strategy. Mr. Crawley also served as Head of National Business Development and Talent Management for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he led an organization responsible for driving growth across the firm’s industry-leading platform and improving the proficiency of our financial advisors, sales support and branch leadership talent. Earlier in his career, Mr. Crawley served as Head of U.S. Fixed Income Sales and Distribution for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Capital Markets Group. In total, he has spent 14 of his 32 working years within Capital Markets in various producing and managerial capacities. Mr. Crawley received an MBA with honors from Fordham University and a BA in economics from Northeastern Illinois University. He is on the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Fordham University Board of Trustees and the Greenwich Academy Board of Trustees.

Jed Finn

Jed Finn is Head of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, responsible for all Wealth Management channels, including Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors, E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley at Work. He is a member of the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees. Mr. Finn assumed his current role in January 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and was also Head of Corporate and Institutional Solutions, which includes Morgan Stanley at Work, a business focused on delivering Equity, Retirement, Deferred Compensation, Executive Services and Saving and Giving solutions to corporations and their employees. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2011, Mr. Finn was a partner in the Financial Services practice at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Finn holds a BA from McGill University and an MBA from MIT Sloan. He serves on the board of Partnership with Children, a non-profit organization focused on assisting at-risk children in New York.

Carol Greene-Vincent

Carol Greene-Vincent is the Chief Audit Officer of Morgan Stanley, overseeing a global audit team of more than 600 professionals. She is also a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2018, Ms. Greene-Vincent spent 25 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) serving global banking clients. As a partner at PwC, she regularly advised business leaders and boards of directors on internal control risk, particularly for organizations undergoing transformational business strategies or regulatory scrutiny. Ms. Greene-Vincent is a certified public accountant (CPA). She has an MBA in Accounting and International Business from Hofstra University and a B.A. in Business Management from Molloy College. She serves as a director on the boards of The Legal Aid Society and the Northern Westchester Hospital and previously served on the boards of the Partnership for the Homeless of NYC and the Institute for Women’s Policy Research.

Eric Grossman

Eric F. Grossman is Executive Vice President and Morgan Stanley’s Chief Legal Officer, with responsibility for Legal, Non-Financial Risk, Regulatory Relations and Government Relations. He is also the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for Community Affairs, Corporate Affairs, the Global Sustainability Office and the Inclusive Ventures Group. He is a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Grossman served as Global Head of Legal, General Counsel of Global Wealth Management and Global Head of Litigation. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Grossman was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Mr. Grossman has a BA from Hamilton College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He is an Alumni Trustee at Hamilton College, Chair of the Dean’s Planning Council at Fordham Law School and a board member of the Fordham Law Alumni Association. Mr. Grossman is also the President Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Advocates for Children of New York and Chair of the Forward Leadership Circle.

Gokul Laroia

Gokul Laroia is CEO of Morgan Stanley Asia and Co-Head of Global Equities. Mr. Laroia joined Morgan Stanley in 1995 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2001. He was appointed to the firm’s Management Committee in 2014 and the Operating Committee in 2022. Prior to his current role, Laroia served as Co-CEO Asia Pacific and Co-Head of Global Equities; Co-Head of Investment Banking, Asia Pacific; Head of Capital Markets, Asia; and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Asia Pacific. Mr. Laroia holds a B.A. from St. Stephen’s College and an MBA from the University of Delhi, India.

Michael A. Pizzi

Michael Pizzi is Head of Technology and Chairman and CEO of the Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association, and the Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A. He is also a member of the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees. Prior to his current roles, he served as Head of Digital Direct and Co‐Head of Equity Administration at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, leading E*TRADE’s direct‐to-consumer, digital self‐directed business and co‐leading the equity administration business. Mr. Pizzi was Chief Executive Officer of E*TRADE Financial preceding its acquisition by Morgan Stanley in 2020. At E*TRADE, he held several executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Corporate and Bank Treasurer, as well as roles in portfolio management and derivatives. Previously, Mr. Pizzi worked in asset/liability management at both Lehman Brothers and First Maryland Bank, as well as in capital markets research for the Federal Reserve Board. Mr. Pizzi earned a BA in Economics from Ursinus College. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation. He serves on the Ursinus College Board of Trustees and the board of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.

Andy Saperstein

Andy Saperstein is Co-President of Morgan Stanley. He is responsible for all Wealth and Investment Management channels as well as the U.S. Banks business and Firmwide Marketing globally. Mr. Saperstein serves on the Morgan Stanley Operating and Management Committees, as well as the Morgan Stanley-MUFG Steering Committee. He is also Chair of the Morgan Stanley Institute for Inclusion Advisory Board. Mr. Saperstein assumed his current role in January 2024. He was named Co-President in 2021 and became Head of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 2019. Previously, Mr. Saperstein served as Co-Head of Wealth Management and Co-COO of the Institutional Securities Group (ISG), working across the ISG businesses and coordinating initiatives with Wealth Management. Mr. Saperstein joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 as COO of National Sales and became Head of U.S. Wealth Management following the acquisition of Smith Barney in 2009. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Saperstein served as COO of the Direct Division at Merrill Lynch and was a partner in the Financial Institutions Group of McKinsey & Company. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and summa cum laude from The Wharton School and College of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania, with a dual degree in economics and finance. Mr. Saperstein is a Board Director for Child Mind Institute and serves on the Advisory Council for Teen Cancer America. He was previously a trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation.

Dan Simkowitz

Dan Simkowitz is Co-President of Morgan Stanley. He is responsible for the Institutional Securities Group and serves on the firm’s Operating, Management and Risk Committees, as well as the Morgan Stanley-MUFG Steering Committee. He was also Co-Chair of the Firm’s Capital Commitment Committee. He was most recently Head of Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) and Co-Head of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Simkowitz began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1990 in the M&A department and has worked in New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He was previously the Co-Head of Global Capital Markets and was the lead capital markets partner for the firm’s assignments with the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve during the 2008-2012 financial crisis. In 2016, Mr. Simkowitz was appointed Head of MSIM and led the firm’s acquisitions of Eaton Vance/Parametric and Mesa West and the growth of its private markets and alternatives platform. Mr. Simkowitz is a graduate of Harvard College and holds an MBA from Columbia University. He is on the boards of the American Museum of Natural History, the U.S. Olympic Committee Foundation and the Executive Committee of the Investment Company Institute. Mr. Simkowitz is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Harvard’s Committee on University Resources.

Charles Smith

Charles A. Smith is Executive Vice President and the Chief Risk Officer of Morgan Stanley. He is also a member of the Firm’s Management and Operating Committees. Mr. Smith joined Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division in 1996. After spending more than a decade in Investment Banking, Mr. Smith went on to hold numerous leadership positions across the Firm, including Head of Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Business Development; Chief Financial Officer of ISG; President of Morgan Stanley Bank, N.A.; and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, N.A. and Head of Firm Strategy and Execution. In these roles, Mr. Smith was involved in many of the Firm’s significant strategic events, including the acquisition of Smith Barney and the strategic partnership between MUFG and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Smith received a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), one of the country's largest community development organizations.

Clare Woodman

Clare Woodman is Head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and CEO of Morgan Stanley & Co. International. She is also responsible for Morgan Stanley’s Operations Division globally. Previously Ms. Woodman served as Global Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group. She is also a member of the firm’s Global Operating and Management Committees. Ms. Woodman holds a number of senior positions across industry organizations: she is a member of the UK Investment Council, Chair of the US-UK Business Council and Deputy Chair of the FCA Markets Practitioner Panel. Ms. Woodman is a Trustee of the Morgan Stanley International Foundation, overseeing the firm’s longstanding partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital. She is also an active sponsor of the firm’s Women's Business Alliance and a Trustee of the FT Financial Literacy and Inclusion Campaign. Ms. Woodman studied at the London Business School, where she obtained her MBA, and in 2020 was awarded a CBE for Services to Finance.

SHARON YESHAYA

Sharon Yeshaya is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley. She became CFO in June 2021 and serves as a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees. Prior to becoming CFO, Ms. Yeshaya was the firm’s Head of Investor Relations and served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman and CEO. She began her career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department and has held a variety of roles in the Fixed Income Division in both New York and Hong Kong. Ms. Yeshaya graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in Finance and Economics from the Wharton School and the College of Arts & Sciences, respectively. Ms. Yeshaya currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the Morgan Stanley Foundation and the Undergraduate Board of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also devotes time to various other community-based organizations.
